2024 Special Resolution

Dear MTBCO Member,

MTBCO has some exciting news… something we've been working on for a long time.

We have been carefully considering an amalgamation with the West Kelowna Trail Crew Society, and want to hear your input. At our meeting, we will review the Special Resolution and proposed Amalgamation Agreement, and vote whether to approve them.

As an MTBCO member, you are invited and encouraged to attend the November 5th, 2024 general meeting, held at 7pm at the Black Box Theatre (1375 Water St, Kelowna).

In order to move forward with amalgamation, we require members to show up and vote, so please RSVP if you are available. The meeting is also a great way to meet like-minded people, and participate in the mountain biking community in the Okanagan.

Non-members are invited to attend as guests but are not eligible to vote.

Please note: The MTBCO and West Kelowna Trail Crew meetings will be held separately, as required for voting on the merger. If you're a member of both societies, we encourage you to attend both meetings.
