OfflineHeading to Kelowna April 18-19 and was wondering if I should bring my mountain bike? I have never ridden in Kelowna and don't know when the XC tails are in condition. I am coming from Calgary and don't want to transport my bike if there isn't any riding at this time of year. Can anybody provide advice? Thx.

Right now the riding is pretty good, Knox has some quality XC trails and one good DH run. Smith Creek is mostly clear very worth a look, lower Myra/Bellevue(crawford) will be clear also but the upper drop-in from the KVR still has two feet of snow. As for the good DH stuff postill might be open by then and some lower stuff on Gillard would be ridable also but that is it. I would totally bring your bike, Knox and Smith Creek would be where I would go. Check out the maps section.
