 Anyone no what this means,  trying to rego on pink bike but this keeps poping up.

Exactly what it says.  You can't register with a hotmail account.  Use a diffferent email.

ive tryed it with other accounts ,yahoo etc but the same thing + i no others with hotmail accounts on pb
