On friday june 26 Justin and I came across a ground fire smouldering away about half way down the 2.5km trail on a new section of trail that had been cut.We put it out and dug it up.Its pretty certian that a fellow mtbrider is responsible as it was right on our trail.If you smoke or toke DO NOT DO IT ON THE TRAIL!!!!The conciquences of that fire could have been huge.Not only could it have not only destroyed our trail but could have made it way to glenrosa and burnt houses.And all caused by a careless biker lighting up.I can only imagine what it would have done to the rep of our sport in the area.
