Dilworth jumps...little situation

hey guys,  running into a little situation at the jumps on dilworth (the ones i was going to take the execs up to, and still will if anyones interested).  but anyways, the situation is that someone put up private property signs, its designated as green space for ever thats why we built there because we thought it was city land.  so now we need to find a solution, problem being if we call the guy, he may rip on us and charge us for trespassing so we never get to go there again, but if we dont then were facing the same problem just delaying it.

Any ideas would be wicked, basicly if we lose these jumps its going to be the biggest let down ever…Even if there is something we can do through the club even, I'm not sure, but being the youth director, this is where i need to do my work, so I need help on solutions for this, if there are any.

Mike

If it is "green space" then it is NOT private property right…?

you say that as though moving them would be a little job ha, and the whole area up there is green land, so no matter where we built it would be the same problem

My unprofessional advise is to keep on ripping them…quietly, untill they get torn down or you are confronted.

If the signs just showed up then he wants you gone, but he can not bring in equipment to tear down the jumps. If it was me I would contact him first before an unwanted confrontation happens then you loose them for sure. Make nice first if possible the sooner the better then if that fails just keep riding them till they are gone or you get in trouble you. No need to get the police involved cause that is what he is gonna do that's why he put up the signs warn you first then call the cops.

The landowner may just not want the wooden shady lookin stuff. If that is taken out he may be cool with the jumps staying.

We went throught the same problem at mission ridge, and we had the cops called on us. Get it over with to avoid problems.

I'm behind the wallrides, sniping your dudes.
